Many documents on this site are provided as PDF (Portable Document Format) files. Adobe Reader may be required to read them; It is free software that can be downloaded from Adobe website.

In most cases, the file size is displayed immediately after the link to give an indication of how long the document will take to download.

Content not accessible

The content listed below is not accessible for the following reasons:

Non-compliance with accessibility regulations

He Committee Meeting Schedule The page has missing ARIA references and an incorrect header structure. This does not meet the success criteria of WCAG 3.3.2 (Labels or Instructions) and 1.3.1 (Information and Relationships). We are considering replacing this calendar. There is an alternative page available that lists upcoming council meetings in an accessible format.

Two pages have titles in Ukrainian. Due to limitations in the content management system, it is not possible to add language attributes to these titles. This does not meet success criterion 3.1.2 of WCAG 2.1 (Party Language).

A small number of pages have missing table summaries or HTML errors. We continue to monitor and resolve them. This does not meet success criterion 1.3.1 of WCAG 2.1 (Information and Relationships).

The pager control (see image below) has an h4 header coded into its structure. This can result in incorrect header hierarchy on a small number of pages, such as the News page. This does not meet success criterion 1.3.1 of WCAG 2.1 (Information and Relationships). We can't change this. User testing by the Shaw Trust has indicated that this is not a major accessibility issue.
