European artificial intelligence (AI) defense company Helsing revealed on Thursday, September 14, that it has secured $223 million (approximately €209 million) in Series B financing, with General Catalyst, a venture capital firm, leading the way. . Founded in 2021, Helsing specializes in creating AI-powered military components and solutions, serving projects such as the upcoming NATO Eurofighter aircraft upgrade and the Future Combat Air System (FCAS) initiative.
