In exercise of the powers conferred by subsection (2) of article 112 of the Motor Vehicle Law. 1988 read with sub-rule (1) (a) of rule 173 of the Odisha Motor Vehicle Rules. 1993 sets the maximum speed with respect to the class of motor vehicles.
