Welcome to the BC Forums.

I will be helping you with your computer problems. Here, we will check your computer for malware.

Please follow the guidelines below and then carefully follow, in the same order, all of the following instructions:

1. Always ask before acting. Don't continue if you're unsure or if something unexpected happens!

2. Do not run any tools unless instructed to do so. Also, do not uninstall or install no software during the procedure, unless I ask you to do so.

3. Cracked or pirated programs Not only are they illegal, but they can also make your computer a target for malware. Having such programs installed is the easiest way to get infected. Thus, it is not necessary to clean the computer, since sooner or later it will become infected again. If you have such programs, please uninstall them nowbefore starting the cleaning procedure.

4. If your computer seems to start working normally, don't abandon the topic. Even if your system behaves normally, there may still be some remnants of malware left. Additionally, malware can re-infect the computer if any remnants remain. Therefore, complete all the requested steps to ensure that any malware is successfully eradicated from your PC.

5. You have to respond to my posts. In the next 3 days. If you need some additional time, please let me know. Otherwise I will abandon the topic due to lack of comments. If you can, I would ask you to at least check out this thread. once a day so that we can solve your problems effectively and efficiently.

6. Logs from malware diagnostic or removal programs may take some time to scan. Also, please note that all experts here are volunteers and may not be available to help you when you post. Please, be patientwhile I analyze your logs.

Note: You need to run the version compatible with your system. If you are not sure which version applies to your system, download them and try running them. Only one of them will run on your system, that will be the correct version.

If your antivirus software detects that the tool is malicious, it is safe to allow FRST to run. It's a false positive detection.

If English is not your primary language, right-click on FRST.exe/FRST64.exe and rename it to FRSTEnglish.exe/FRST64English.exe.

  • Double click FIRST icon to run the tool. When the tool opens, click Yeah to the disclaimer.
  • Press Scan and wait a moment.
  • The scanner will produce two logs on your desktop: FRST.txt and Addition.txt.
  • Please attach the contents of these two logs in your next response.
