Crypto investors are now optimistic after six quarters of declines | TechCrunch

The crypto company The capital outlook is recovering after a series of weak quarters amid talk of a possible market recovery.

Investors are getting back into the groove of investing in web3, crypto and blockchain technology, said John Nahas, vice president of business development at Ava Labs. "The renewed focus is on real-world use cases, infrastructure and practical solutions rather than most abstract and modern projects of the past".

In the third quarter, the crypto space saw 1.8 billion dollars invested in 309 agreements, according to a new report from PitchBook. This is a 28.3% decline from the previous quarter, marking the โ€œmost moderate activity since late 2020โ€ and a sixth consecutive quarter of decline in the value of venture capital investment in web3 companies.
