Crypto Price Today Live: Bitcoin below $22K; Polygon, XRP shed up to 3%

New Delhi: The cryptocurrency the market was mixed on Monday. Ethereum, XRP, Cardano and Polygon traded lower, while Bitcoin, BNB, dogecoin and Tron were trading at a profit.

Bitcoin (BTC) was up 0.10% at $21,840, while Ethereum (ETH) dipped below the $1,550 level. BTC volume in the last 24 hours stood at approximately $19.34 billion, increasing 27.24% in the last 24 hours.

BTC's market capitalization was around $421.47 billion, with a dominance of around 41.52%, according to CoinMarketCap.

โ€œBitcoin traded below the $22,000 level over the weekend after US-based Kraken halted its staking service and paid a $30 million fine to the SEC for failing to register the $21,770 support level. If the situation persists, BTC may continue to decline towards $21,500 by the end of the week," said Edul Patel, co-founder and CEO of Mudrex.

Volume across all stablecoins was $38.93 billion, representing 91.23% of the total 24-hour volume of the crypto market.
