“Bitcoin is trading sideways between $24,300 and $23,900 as investors await the release of the FOMC meeting minutes. The current support level for Bitcoin is $23,750, with the next support level at $22,850 determined by the tick Fibonacci retracement of 50%", Sathvik Vishwanath, Co-Founder and CEO of Unocoin, said.
The global cryptocurrency market capitalization was trading higher, around $1.10 trillion, falling 2.8% in the last 24 hours.
Total volume in DeFi is currently $9.42 billion, or 13.81% of the total 24-hour volume of the crypto market. Volume across all stablecoins is now at $60.40 billion, representing 88.54% of the total 24-hour volume of the cryptocurrency market.
The market capitalization of Bitcoin, the world's largest cryptocurrency, was around $465.38 billion. Bitcoin dominance is currently at 42.47%, down 0.07% over the day, according to CoinMarketCap.
"Leading market indicators continue to point to neutral sentiment. The Relative Strength Index (14), one of the key indicators, sits at 59.27, with a neutral outlook. The Stochastic %K (14, 3, 3) and The Directional Average Index (14) is at 79.93 and 38.58, respectively, indicating a neutral market," said Rajagopal Menon, Vice President of WazirX.
"The MACD level (12, 26), at 715.75, indicates a buy. The Fast Stochastic RSI (3, 3, 14, 14) is at 73.43 with a neutral indicator, while the Williams percentage range (14) is at − 27.97 also neutral signs," added Menon.
