What Crypto Exchanges Say About the Current Market Scenario

Shubham Hudda, Senior Manager at CoinSwitch Markets Desk, said: โ€œThe cryptocurrency market has shown a healthy correction in the last 24 hours. BTC (-2.8 percent) fell below the $36,000 mark. The next support line for BTC is at $33,500; If BTC maintains that, we are still in a good uptrend. The market highlight remains the two-week-old Celestia token (TIA, +26.1 percent), as it rose nearly 50 percent at its high yesterday and touched $6.3 before retreating a bit. Celestia is a modular data availability network that had recently airdropped over $120 million worth at launch to its active users.โ€

Shivam Thakral, CEO of BuyUcoin, said: โ€œThe cryptocurrency market witnessed a healthy pullback after a continuous rally. Positive US inflation data sparked a correction in cryptoassets, with BTC and ETH falling nearly 3% and 4% respectively. US stocks trended higher after positive inflation data was released, indicating renewed interest in traditional assets. โ€œThe cryptocurrency market may face some selling pressure in the coming weeks due to macroeconomic conditions.โ€

The CoinDCX research team told ABP Live: โ€œDespite lower-than-expected US inflation data, indicating a 3.2% annual increase and a positive US stock market, the Cryptocurrencies witnessed a drop yesterday. BTC and ETH experienced drops of more than 3% in the last 24 hours. Currently, BTC is positioned at the 20 1-day EMA and is trading at $35,450, while ETH is trading at $1,970, below the support level of $2,011. In a positive development, even though China maintains its prohibitive stance towards Bitcoin and cryptocurrencies, there is growing cryptocurrency adoption. A Chinese company, Boyaa, has announced a substantial $100 million investment in Bitcoin and Ethereum.โ€
