While approaching a Grace site, an Elden Ring player encountered a glitch that resulted in their horse, Torrent, running away from them.
A strange bug in elden ring sees the player's normally noble steed, Torrent, running hot on the heels of a Grace site. Users access the horse in elden ring quite early, as it is necessary to traverse long distances or rapidly scale massive heights. As many have discovered, Torrent also comes in handy when fighting certain enemies and boss characters. (After all, no one wants to take on a Tree Sentinel on foot.)
Perhaps Torrent's best quality lies in the fact that players can ride a horse at their leisure, most of the time, and instantly take off at breakneck speeds as the beast appears out of nowhere in a fraction of a second. Interestingly, YouTuber Zullie the Witch discovered cropped content through elden ring Network test request code indicating FromSoftware had even bigger plans for the build. The study previously developed animations that allowed Torrent to eat grasskick enemies back and even move independently of the player character.
A gameplay clip shared by DogWoofWoof22 on Reddit suggests remnants of the aforementioned cropped content still linger on elden ring, as evidenced by Torrent running away from the player. The short video begins with Tarnished riding Torrent to a spot on Grace, then jumping off. Instead of dissipating into thin air, the burly horse keeps running without a care in the world. As the clip comes to an end, Torrent continues to create distance between themselves and the player, even after being called out via the whistle mechanic. Check it out in the following linked video:
This does not count as the only related to horses elden ring failure to take Reddit by storm, either. Shortly after launch, a elden ring The player shared gameplay footage of Torrent being replaced by a huge arrow during a battle with a couple of giants. It seems safe to assume, then, that hilarious Torrent-focused bugs will continue to pop up from time to time for some time to come.
More than two and a half years after its announcement at E3 2019, FromSoftware and publisher Bandai Namco released elden ring on PC and consoles last February. Many would agree that the final product was worth the wait, especially as the RPG title's clever design schemes and mechanics could prove transformative for open world games in general. And make no mistake elden ring has already become a success history, with more than 12 million units sold after just three weeks of availability.
elden ring It is available for PC, PlayStation and Xbox platforms.
