The Elden Beast is the final boss of Fire ring, and it can be a brutal fight for those who are not prepared. And not only because of the Divine Punishment that loves to rain on you. The real pain of this match is the huge arena you have to fight in.
The Elden Beast takes advantage of the size of the sand and water in the ground to dive below the surface and reappear on the other side of the area. Meaning you would have a very long journey to land the next blow to his celestial skin, especially if you are a melee user. But with the latest patch for Fire ring, that everything changes. Torrent can now be summoned in the fight, significantly shortening the distance between you and the God boss.
Torrent can even help you avoid some of Elden Beast's most iconic moves, like the series of lightning bolts he summons from the sky in a quick barrage. But don't expect the spirit steed to withstand many attacks. Elden Beast's moves are brutal, and at the end of the day, Torrent is just a magical horse. But it feels appropriate to have the partner who was with you from the beginning and who will be with you until the end.
