Fidelity Leads Flurry of Bitcoin ETF Refilings to Answer SEC

In a flurry of activity on Friday afternoon, Fidelity Investments led a handful of firms that archived to new set of applications for a spot Bitcoin ETF to add new details after the US Securities and Exchange Commission indicated that initial filings were insufficient.

The firms, which also include Invesco, VanEck, 21Shares and WisdomTree, are among eight looking to launch what would be a seed crop of spot Bitcoin ETFs in the US. BlackRock Inc. set off the wave with its surprise filing of such a fund in mid-June.
