The Steering Committee is comprised of leading US law and finance scholars, along with leading US attorneys in the field of blockchain, digital assets, and Web3. The Committee was designed independently of industry stakeholders to provide an objective and unbiased disclosure proposal. The Steering Committee will be advised by the Advisory Group comprised of key industry stakeholders.
