A fixture trading company is looking to recruit an experienced HFT cryptocurrency trader to join their team. This is an opportunity to manage a large portfolio with complete discretion, as well as collaborate with a larger trading group on various strategies.
Responsibilities:
- Research, develop and implement short-term quantitative crypto strategies using Rust
- Ensure comprehensive quality and safety of the project.
- Collaborate with a team of traders in a group configured with opportunities for individual trades
Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience managing crypto-quantitative trading strategies
- Previous "quantitative" experience in high frequency trading (HFT) in managing 7+ figure assets under management

- Documented history with a Sharpe ratio of 7+
- Familiarity with multiple crypto exchanges on Ethereum (ETH) and other EVM chains
- Hands-on programming experience with Rust or C++ (Java and Python a plus)
