There are two ways to unlock Tempus Torrent in MW2 and Warzone 2: complete the Weapons Challenge or purchase a store pack with it.
To complete the Tempus Torrent Weapons Challenge, players must get 25 double kills with any of the available Marskamn rifles:
- EBR-14
- SP-R 208
- LM-S
- Lockwood MK2
- SA-B 50
- TAQ-M
- Crossbow

A double kill is awarded when players kill two players in quick succession. Most sniper rifles have high damage but low rate of fire.
For this reason, getting two quick kills in a row can be tricky if not approached correctly. Here are some tips to help you reach 25 kills with marksman rifles to unlock Tempus Torrent.
- Use the High Damage SP-R 208 Charge to reduce your TTK as much as possible.
- Throw a grenade at groups of enemies. Most will scatter but still take damage, allowing you to take them out in quick succession.
- Marksman rifles are best at medium to long range. Do not try to run and gun while completing this objective.
- It is best to play Domination and Hardpoint and keep an eye on the point.
- Eliminate any player who is looking to contest the point or capture a point.
Tempus Torrent Store Packs COD
Tempus Torrent packs are confirmed to be available on the Call of Duty Store after the weapon becomes available with the arrival of Season 2 Reloaded on March 15.
Weapon packs are usually added the same day or at the latest a couple of days after the weapon's debut. Once the store adds these bundles, we will update this section with all the information and how to purchase them.

The Tempus Torrent is the newest Marksman rifle in MW2 and Warzone 2. It will be introduced with Season 02 Reloaded on March 15.
Call of Duty describes it as a "hard-hitting DMR." It offers the versatility of the M4 platform but with the added punch of 7.62 rounds.
This means that it is a new weapon in an existing platform. Therefore, Tempus Torrent can use any attachment that players have already unlocked from the M4 platform.
