Former president donald trump released a dozen new videos of rants as Attorney General Merrick Garland testified before Congress, many of which had to do with the cases against him and the FBI raid.

The videos contained falsehood-ridden and sometimes brief comments, many of which were debunked by Garland at the hearing. The first, however, was belied by Trump's absence from jail: he is not a “prisoner” and is already “free”:

After five weeks of attending that rigged trial in lower Manhattan, he was surrounded by a large but unnecessary number of New York's finest to keep the law-abiding MAGA patriots away.

My very honest and respected accountant called a legal expense a legal expense on the little descriptive line of a general ledger. The only thing you could have called it, openly paid my lawyer at the time, a fully accredited one.
Therefore, a legal expense was called a legal expense, not a construction expense or a plaster or cinder block expense or an expense as other people would like to call it. But think about it. You trust a lawyer and you can do it. And the judge wouldn't allow it. As a defense. It's a standard defense. You wouldn't allow it.
