MUMBAI: India torrent power plans to raise Rs 6,500 crore ($78 million) through sale of multiple term bondsthree bankers saying.
The company is likely to issue bonds maturing in two, three and five years in the coming days, bankers said.
In June, Torrent had raised Rs 6,000 crore by selling bonds with maturities of eight, nine and ten years and an annual coupon of 8.50%.
