The activist investor ended his previous fight over CNBC board representation with me in February, saying at the time that he was pleased with Disney CEO Bob Iger's turnaround plan. Since then, the stock has languished. Is Disney's market capitalization of $151 billion too low?
  5. Almost unanimous purchases for UK chip designer Arms (ARM). Recent IPO in mid-September. It soared 25% in its debut. But then it ran into trouble and fell back toward $51 per share. 6. Club name Metaplatforms (META) gets a price target cut to $372 per share from $389 at Wells Fargo ahead of the quarter due Oct. 25 after the closing bell. It's really a PT catch-up call because it's primarily a bullish note.

Both research houses maintain their equivalent buy ratings on Lilly stock.
  8. PepsiCo (PEP) will likely outperform when it reports third-quarter results on Tuesday before the bell, according to RBC Capital. However, analysts say the beverage and snack giant is unlikely to see a major upward revision to its guidance for the fourth quarter and beyond.
