He went on to speak to the camera alone, saying, โ€œTo touch what's going on, I'm really struggling. I am really battling depression, anxiety, addiction and today I have taken some good steps to get help.

โ€œI can't do it on my own. In this industry of fame it is difficult, it is so ruthless. One minute people like you and the next minute they don't.

โ€œI've had a lot of fake friends coming and going, I was very surprised when I was in my dark space, all the people who said they would be there weren't there.

โ€œI will not feel sorry for myself, I have my own responsibilities. I want to be a nice and kind person and I do my best. "

Jack who she separated from her ex Frankie Sims in July, has said that she has struggled with the negative comments she has received on social media and has chosen to speak to her followers as she has no one else to trust other than her family.

Appearing grim, Jack continued: โ€œThere have been obstacles, some people have opinions about my life. The torrent of abuse on Instagram has affected me greatly. It couldn't be further from the truth. Words hurt and we see them.

โ€œI thought he had thick skin, but obviously not. However, I will be back, bigger and stronger, don't worry.

โ€œI turned off my like and comment count because I was getting depressed. I was putting myself in a really bad space.

โ€œI can't argue with thousands of people and give them my side of the story or whatever.

"I'll keep you posted. I'm a happy and lucky person, I have a lot of love to give. But I don't know who I'm talking to, I'm talking to you because I feel like I have no one else to talk to other than my family, obviously.

โ€œBut sometimes other people's opinions help. Sorry to be depressing. "

Explaining why he was opening up, he said: โ€œIf I can help a person, I am happy. You should talk about mental health because it is very serious. It is terrible and it even affects you physically.

โ€œYou don't want to do anything, you don't want to exercise, you don't want to leave the house and it's horrible.

โ€œI'm sorry this is depressing, but I wanted to address it because in the last few weeks I have had some nasty and exaggerated comments.

โ€œPeople think it doesn't affect you, but it does, it's not pleasant. The added pressure of whatever you do is reflected on your family, that's the worst pressure on earth. I feel like I've let everyone down.

"I promise everyone that I have turned a new page and I want everyone to be proud."

Jack added: โ€œI want you to like me because of how you first saw me on television. I hope you are well and sending a lot of love. Sorry this was so bleak and sad. Keep going, you'll come out the other end. I hope it does.

โ€œI think people need to remember and observe themselves, people who live in glass houses should not throw stones.

โ€œIf someone does something bad, it doesn't mean they are a bad person. Like if someone does something nice, that doesn't make him a fucking Ghandi. It does not work like that.

โ€œI urge people to think before commenting or messaging, trust me, it does affect people.

โ€œThis hasn't even scratched the surface of the whole story, it really hasn't. This is the most diluted version you can get. I could make a movie, no I won't, maybe. Something you wouldn't even believe. "
