Nominations open for 2023 Accessibility and Inclusion Recognition Award

Members of the Brock community are invited to nominate their peers for the Accessibility and Inclusion Recognition Award.

The award, presented annually to one Brock employee and one student, is given to individuals who have contributed to a community free of discrimination.

The purpose of the award is to foster stronger alliances and encourage discussions around dismantling barriers to access to equality.

Award recipients will be chosen by the Anti-Ableism and Mental Health (AAMH) Committee, with nominations open until Friday 24 November.

The award winners will be announced at an event on Monday, December 4, coinciding with the celebration of the International Day of Persons with Disabilities the day before.
