O’Melveny Partner Daniel Petrocelli Named a 2024 “Leading Commercial Litigator” by the Daily Journal – O’Melveny

CENTURY CITY—January 26, 2024—O'Melveny's partner, Daniel Petrocelli, has been appointed to the diary diary 2024 List of "Leading Commercial Litigators." The special report honors attorneys leading important litigation in California and nationally.

He Diary praised Petrocelli, who serves as O'Melveny vice president and chair of the firm's trial practice, for his work on a variety of headline-making matters, including the representation of Grammy-nominated singer-songwriter Kesha, at one of the most prominent events in the industry. MeToo cases and help resolve the matter just days after winning a series of victories in pretrial appeals.
