Thank you and good evening everyone, and welcome to the financial year '19 conference call.
I'll start with the fourth quarter results. Fourth quarter revenue rose 9% to INR 1,856 crore. The fourth quarter EBITDA margin before exceptional items was 26%. For the entire fiscal year, revenue stood at Rs 7,673 crore with a year-on-year growth of 29%. The board of directors of Torrent Pharma has recommended a final dividend of Rs 54 per share.
