HDFC Bank has provided financial assistance totaling ₹2143 crore through a Rs term loan to Torrent Gas Jaipur Private Limited.
The Borrower used the assistance for the purpose of, inter alia, partially financing the laying, construction, operation and expansion of the City Gas Distribution (CGD) network and associated ancillary infrastructure in the Alwar geographic area (except Bhiwadi) and Jaipur Districts awarded by PNGRB.
