Dabur India: Dabur India expects mid-to-high single-digit growth in its consolidated revenue for the quarter ended December (Q3FY24) as demand for its consumer goods in rural areas continued to lag behind urban regions and growth prices remained moderate.

However, Dabur expects gross margins will likely expand, driven by moderating inflation and cost-saving initiatives.

Sobha: Sobha Ltd recorded its best ever quarterly sales in Q3FY24 at Rs 1,952 crore. The company launched two new projects during the quarter with a total salable area of โ€‹โ€‹3.84 million square feet.

J&K Bank: Jammu and Kashmir Bank reported a year-on-year increase of 11.80 per cent in total business to Rs 2.19 trillion. Total deposits increased 9% year-on-year to Rp 1.29 trillion.

Utkarsh SFB: The small finance bank reported 31 per cent year-on-year growth in gross loans to Rs 16,408 crore in Q3FY24.

RBL Bank: It recorded total deposits of Rs 92,743 crore, up 13 per cent year-on-year, and gross advances of Rs 81,870 crore, up 20 per cent year-on-year in Q3FY24.

Grasim Industries: The company's board of directors approved raising funds through a rights issue worth Rs 4,000 crore. The price was fixed at Rs 1,812 per share, a discount of almost 12.5 per cent to the prevailing market price.

Shree Cement: The company has announced an overhaul of its corporate brand with 'Bangur' as the new master brand.

Torrente Pharma: The pharmaceutical company has established a wholly owned subsidiary called Farmacรฉutica Torrent Colombia SAS in Colombia, effective January 3, 2024, to expand its international operations.

Brightcom Group: Vijay Kancharla has tendered his resignation as CIO and CEO of the company with effect from January 2, 2024.

Coforge: Ajay Kalra, the company's CFO, has resigned from the CFO position due to personal reasons and to pursue other opportunities.

L&T Financial Holdings: The company has raised Rs 500 crore through private placement of non-convertible debentures. Operationally, it estimates that retail loan book will register 31 per cent year-on-year growth to Rs 74,750 crore, and retail disbursement will rise 25 per cent year-on-year to Rs 14,500 crore in Q3FY24. It sees the realization of the portfolio will be 91 percent.

Lupine: It has received provisional USFDA approval for dapagliflozin and saxagliptin tablets.

REC: REC Power Development and Consultancy has signed a Rs 2,094 crore memorandum of understanding with the Gujarat government.

Bajaj Auto: It has launched the two new variants of Electric Chetak โ€“ Chetak Premium 2024 and Chetak Urbane 2024.
