New Delhi, Apr 1 (PTI) Torrent Power chairman emeritus Sudhir Mehta has resigned as non-independent non-executive director of the company, according to a regulatory filing on Monday.
He resigned from his position on March 31, Torrent Power said in the regulatory filing.
"Sudhir Mehta resigned as non-independent non-executive director of the company on March 31, 2024. He will remain chairman emeritus without any board position," the document said.
The company further said that Keki Mistry and Pankaj Patel will cease to be directors on the company's board of directors effective March 31, 2024 upon completion of their second and final term.
Torrent Power has a presence in the generation, transmission, distribution and manufacturing and supply of electrical cables sectors. PTI ABI RRD
