Torrent Power Ltd has incorporated a wholly owned subsidiary for power generation and transmission. the subsidiary, Torrent Urja Pvt. 10 (TU10), was registered in ahmedabad on April 21, 2023, and has not yet started commercial operations, torrent power said in a regulation presentation.
"TU10 is established with the objective of carrying out the business of generation, transmission, distribution, purchase, acquisition, sale, commercialization, import, export or any other treatment in all forms of electrical energy and energy, including energy sources unconventional and renewable," it said.
