Ahmedabad-based power company Torrent Power is in talks to buy clean power projects totaling 1.1 gigawatts from ReNew Energy Global at an enterprise value of around $1.2 billion, the Mint reported. According to the report, Torrent has submitted a non-binding offer (NBO) for ReNew's solar and wind power assets of 350 megawatts and 750 megawatts, respectively, for an equity value of $450 million.
