Torrent Power to Supply Solar Power for Shapoorji Pallonji’s Desalination Plants – Asia Pacific | Energetica India Magazine

Torrent Power Limited and Shapoorji Pallonji & Company Private Limited (SPCPL) subsidiaries inked the Power Transfer Agreements.

Under this agreement, Torrent would facilitate 132 MW of solar power for SPCL’s desalination plants in Gujarat through its subsidiary Torrent Urja 8 Private Limited.

The 132 MW project’s projected project cost is INR 700 Crores.

132 MW deal has been inked, Torrent has 0.73 GW of renewable energy capacity in multiple phases of development.
