Transmission FOSS BitTorrent client hits version 4.0

Version 4 of the most widely used FOSS BitTorrent client is here, and it's worth checking out if you're having any difficulties with streaming media services.

Transmission it is the default BitTorrent client for quite a few Linux distributions.
