Warframe: The Best Grimoire Build

While the new Warframe weapons are still fairly new, there are already many builds emerging for the weapon. Here is the best version of Grimoire in Warframe.

The best mods for the Grimoire in Warframe

This construction was designed by Shadowavatar in Overframe forks Designed around damage rather than support. compared to other constructions. Five Shapes will be needed if you want everything to be at maximum range. You will need the following modifications to make it work:

  • hornet strike
  • Prepared Pistol Gambit
  • Galvanized Shot
  • deadly torrent
  • Galvanized Diffusion
  • Pistol pestilence
  • deep freeze
  • Prepared heated charge
  • Jahu Canticle (Exilus mod slot)

you will also want ruthless secondary as Arcanum of the weapon. Otherwise, you are free to replace any Galvanized or Primed mods with their regular counterparts if you don't own them. The Grimoire won't be as effective, but it will take less Form to insert all the mods at max rank.

As for the rest of your build around the weapon, you need to bring a frame that has Hildryn's Pillage ability subsumed if possible. A great framework for this is Wisp, which I use in my build. With everything already in the build, I can remove 100% of the armor from enemy targets, but the Jahu Canticle mod in the Grimoire can speed up the process significantly.

What if I want a summon mod in my grimoire?

If you want to use one of the new Summon mods on your Grimoire, you can do so. Just be sure to leave the elemental mods alone, as they are integral to the build. The best mod to switch to would probably be Lethal Torrent, as it's the least powerful and damaging of the bunch, but feel free to try things out and see what works best for you.
