Wild video shows torrent of water bursting out of NYC high-rise

Huge explosions of water could be seen. Hell's Kitchen skyscraper shooting on April 4.

Video of the incident shows a large burst of water coming out of a building at West 42nd Street and Eighth Avenue before falling to the street below.
