- Cover Hose Bibs and make sure all hoses are disconnected.
- Wrap pipes in unheated areas. such as garages, water heater closets, and tight spaces.
- Turn off irrigation in the shut-off valve.
- Cover buried valve boxes.
- Isolate reflux devices if they are on the ground.
